Aqua H.I.I.T. is a high intensity, interval training class in the pool. This class uses water as resistance to increase the intensity of the workout.

Aqua Survivor

In conjunction with the Hult Center, this gentle class is free to cancer survivors and caretakers

This high intensity training (HIIT) class combines Cycling, Boxing, Calisthenics, Plyometric, Core, and Stretching for an intense and exhilarating 12 rounds. CycleBox targets total body confusion by shocking you body as you go from round to round by doing different and distinct traditional boxing workouts. See why so many professionals and amateur fighters are using this format to maintain their fighting weight and conditioning.

Similar to the spinning format but with different instructor certification guidelines. Group cycling classes are designed for all fitness levels. Every instructor creates their own ride profile so be sure to try several classes! Don’t forget a towel and water bottle and arrive early to reserve your bike!

Happy Hour Fridays

Every Friday we offer a different class format allowing you to try out many different classes and make new friends! Friday Happy Hour Classes are FREE for members and only a $6 drop in fee for non members!
