Aqua H.I.I.T.

Aqua H.I.I.T. is a high intensity, interval training class in the pool. This class uses water as resistance to increase the intensity of the workout.

Aqua Survivor

In conjunction with the Hult Center, this gentle class is free to cancer survivors and caretakers

Barre

This cardio and strength workout is a combination of upper and lower body endurance strength work, flexibility, and barre training.

Similar to the spinning format but with different instructor certification guidelines. Group cycling classes are designed for all fitness levels. Every instructor creates their own ride profile so be sure to try several classes! Don’t forget a towel and water bottle and arrive early to reserve your bike!

Inspirational Fitness

Created by trainer, Ish Hicks, Inspirational Fitness classes are adult fitness classes that will uplift your Spirit and Health. This class offers Moderate Adult Exercises; plyometrics, resistant bands, dynamic stretches with free weights while Vibin to classic hits!

AMP’D Strength

Kickstart

KICKSTART- Is a strength class with optional cardio circuits. Kimberly will walk you through the machines and show you how set up and use them properly. The actual individual circuit typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete therefore you can come and go within that hour time slot. Kimberly will be there to answer any questions as you go along, help with modifications, track your progress, and help set the equipment each time as needed. Perfect for those starting their fitness journey or advanced lifters who want help tracking their progress.

Iron Yoga

Iron Yoga is a full body practice that combines the use of dumbbells and/or resistance bands, while simultaneously performing a series of powerful asanas (yoga poses). This ensures a practice for all levels with the intention of connecting an engaged body to a relaxed mind.

Pilates

Group weight training using a variable weight barbell, hand weights and/or bands, challenging every major muscle group, ending with abs and a stretch. PowerFlex PLUS, will incorporate other equipment.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Have fun and move to the music with exercises to increase strength, range of movement weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga connects pranayama (breath) to asana (movement). The intention of this practice is to progressively open and engage the body in a series of flowing sequences that incorporates asanas in all planes of movement. All levels welcome.

Every Friday we offer a different class format allowing you to try out many different classes and make new friends! Friday Happy Hour Classes are FREE for members and only a $6 drop in fee for non members!
