KICKSTART– Is a strength class with optional cardio circuits. Kimberly will walk you through the machines and show you how set up and use them properly. The actual individual circuit typically takes 20-30 minutes to complete therefore you can come and go within that hour time slot. Kimberly will be there to answer any questions as you go along, help with modifications, track your progress, and help set the equipment each time as needed. Perfect for those starting their fitness journey or advanced lifters who want help tracking their progress.
